Social Media

As Social Media Manager at Casai, I led the brand’s digital strategy with a focus on organic growth, valuable content, and community building.
During my time, I grew Casai’s Instagram audience from 2,000 to over 100,000 followers in less than a year through a combination of organic content, strategic paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital activations.
We also maintained an engagement rate above 4%, outperforming the industry average at the time (1% to 3.5%), reflecting a strong and authentic connection with our audience.
This growth was driven by a content strategy focused on:

Casai Unplugged: Live Music from Polanco
Casai Unplugged was created as an intimate and authentic experience, filmed in one of our spaces in Polanco, Mexico City. The first session featured La Isla Centeno, delivering a warm and cozy atmosphere that truly reflected the essence of the brand.
Key Results and Metrics:
  • 35% increase in social media engagement during the launch week.
  • 20% growth in Instagram followers within the first month.
  • 124K+ views via La Isla Centeno’s YouTube channel and 53K+ views on wearecasai’s YouTube channel.

Employer Branding

I developed and diversified various strategies to position the company as an attractive employer brand, both internally and externally.
This included implementing employee advocacy initiatives, encouraging team members to become brand ambassadors by sharing authentic content across their own social media and personal channels—highlighting achievements, workplace culture, and day-to-day experiences.
These efforts not only enhanced the company’s reputation, but also strengthened employee engagement and significantly increased the organic reach of internal and external communications.
